В связи с тем, что в современных реалиях одним их важнейших ресурсов является персонал, ключевую роль приобретает его мотивация. В данной статье мотивация рассматривается с позиции механизма, способствующего повышению производительности и качества труда. Мотивация является немаловажным фактором эффективности работы сотрудников. В зависимости от того, насколько правильно подобраны методы мотивации в той или иной организации, будет зависеть как успех самого предприятия, так и замотивированность сотрудников в выполнении их работы. Для более подробного разбора данной темы была рассмотрена суть мотивирования работников, приведены различные существующие виды и способы мотивации, которые активно используются в различных организациях на сегодняшний день. Приведена классификация существующих типов мотивации, рассмотрены достоинства и недостатки того или иного типа, в зависимости от того, цели какого характера необходимо достичь компании как в ближайшее время, так и в долгосрочной перспективе. Таким образом, рассматриваемая тема является несомненно актуальной в наши дни и требует особого внимания.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article discusses the topic of employee motivation as improving the quality of work in organizations. Motivation is a very important factor in improving the quality of work of the company’s employees and maintaining its competitiveness in the market. Depending on how correctly the methods of motivation are selected in a particular organization, both the success of the enterprise itself and the motivation of employees in performing their work will depend. For a more detailed analysis of this topic, the essence of employee motivation was analyzed, and for a better understanding of this topic, options and examples were proposed. In addition, various types and methods of motivation that exist at the moment, which are now actively used in various organizations, were analyzed. The topic of existing types of motivation and their advantages is touched upon, depending on what goals the company needs to achieve both in the near future and in the long term, or what the needs of employees are. Thus, employee motivation is a very important factor influencing the effectiveness of an organization.
