С каждым годом усиливается влияние виртуальной составляющей в жизни человека: Интернет и социальные сети используются людьми ежедневно не только в свободное время, но активно применяются в работе, учебе, для налаживания коммуникаций и других целях. Представляется актуальным использовать возможности краудсорсинга для вовлечения населения в значимые для государства активности, создания созидательных тематических сообществ, повышения информированности граждан о проводимых мероприятиях, участия в проектах и инициативах для улучшения планирования программ в социальной сфере, в том числе в отрасли физической культуры и спорта. Краудсорсинговый проект, созданный при активном участии вовлеченных граждан, разделяющих интересы и ценности сообщества, имеет немалые перспективы для дальнейшего роста и тиражирования. Задача настоящей статьи – попробовать сформировать границы этого явления, определить краудсорсинговый потенциал исходя из структуры фонда времени человека.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The rapid development of the Internet and the penetration of information technologies into all spheres of life have created conditions for the emergence and dynamic development of a unique phenomenon – crowdsourcing – a phenomenon that allows you to use the capabilities of the collective mind to solve complex problems, to involve the widest segments of the population to generate, discuss, evaluate ideas and proposals. Every year the influence of the virtual component in a person’s life increases: the Internet and social networks are used by people every day not only in their free time, but are actively used in work, study, for establishing communications and other purposes. It seems relevant to use crowdsourcing opportunities to involve the population in activities that are significant for the state, create creative thematic communities, raise awareness of citizens about events, participate in projects and initiatives to improve the planning of programs in the social sphere, including in the field of physical culture and sports. The crowdsourcing project, created with the active participation of involved citizens who share the interests and values of the community, has considerable prospects for further growth and replication.
