Abstract

The Fourth Industrial Revolution and the closely related processes of digitalization are erasing the boundaries of the physical and virtual worlds and forming a new reality, a new economy and new relationships. It seems necessary to actively use the possibilities of the Internet to analyze the interests of citizens to certain activities, including in the field of sports to improve the planning of programs in the field of sports, understanding the true needs of citizens, raising awareness about the events held and, as a result, contribute to the formation of interest in a healthy lifestyle and physical education. The results of our research show that interest and shared values can form strong creative communities to solve problems relevant to the community with the help of collective intelligence, involvement of participants. Previously, we developed a methodology for the formation of communities and the emergence of crowdsourcing. In this article, we will try to analyze how virtual communities of the Republic of Tatarstan are developing in the VKontakte social network for the most popular sports in the republic and determine what potential for the development of crowdsourcing projects based on them exists, how to increase the “inclusion” of interested parties.
