Mechanisms to increase the competitiveness of the enterprise

Abstract

This article is devoted to the development of a multi-level mechanism that will cover the activities of the organization. The article discusses the main mechanisms that can be used to increase the competitiveness of an enterprise, as well as expanded and considered from different angles the concept of competitiveness, reflects the classic ways to increase the competitiveness of an enterprise. Innovations, optimization of business processes, improvement of the quality of products or services, marketing, personnel management and cooperation with partners are described as the main tools for achieving high competitiveness. Particular attention is paid to the description of specific methods and tools that can be used by the company to implement each mechanism. These methods are universal and applicable to an organization implementing activities in any industry, since they cover each area of the enterprise’s activity, respectively, ensure the comprehensive development of the organization. The results of this article may be useful for entrepreneurs, executives and managers who seek to increase the competitiveness of their company in the market.
