Crowdsourcing potential of a person (on the example of the sphere of physical culture and sports of the Republic of Tatarstan)

Abstract

The rapid development of the Internet and the penetration of information technologies into all spheres of life have created conditions for the emergence and dynamic development of a unique phenomenon – crowdsourcing – a phenomenon that allows you to use the capabilities of the collective mind to solve complex problems, to involve the widest segments of the population to generate, discuss, evaluate ideas and proposals. Every year the influence of the virtual component in a person’s life increases: the Internet and social networks are used by people every day not only in their free time, but are actively used in work, study, for establishing communications and other purposes. It seems relevant to use crowdsourcing opportunities to involve the population in activities that are significant for the state, create creative thematic communities, raise awareness of citizens about events, participate in projects and initiatives to improve the planning of programs in the social sphere, including in the field of physical culture and sports. The crowdsourcing project, created with the active participation of involved citizens who share the interests and values of the community, has considerable prospects for further growth and replication. The task of this article is to try to form the boundaries of this phenomenon, to determine the crowdsourcing potential based on the structure of the human time fund.
