Strategy for ensuring energy efficiency of modern management models: stages of development and information and analytical aspect
Abstract
In the context of a crisis of interaction with the Western world, the relevance of ensuring sustainable growth in the financial and economic performance of economic development in modern economic conditions directly depends on the level of energy efficiency and comes to the fore. Modern economic conditions demonstrate a direct dependence of this growth on the level of energy efficiency. The stages of formation of an energy efficiency strategy are considered and the author clarifies the content of the strategy for ensuring the energy efficiency of an enterprise, which is a system of long-term, interconnected goals, objectives and priorities of its financial and economic activities in the field of implementation and use of energy-intensive technologies, operation of fuel and energy equipment, coupled with the general outline of organizational and economic mechanisms for their achievement in specific economic conditions.. We have systematized the main stages of the formation and implementation of the strategy for ensuring the energy efficiency of management models. The main elements of information support of this process are highlighted. The basic directions of changing the content of such stages of strategic management of energy development of management models in the national economy of the Russian Federation in the conditions of the pandemic-sanctions macroeconomic crisis of 2020–2022 are presented.
