Human resource management: challenges and solutions

Abstract

Human resources in organizations are the most valuable assets owned by these business entities, Successful human resource management has a great importance for any company, as it determines the degree of the abilities and competence of the personnel working in this company are used. The development of human resources in any business entity is the main task of HR managers, as they play a pivotal role in attracting, training and retaining human resources to solve various economic problems that a company may face. In the process of managing human resources in any company, HR managers face many challenges that prevent them from achieving the maximum benefit from the capabilities of the workforce they manage, including the diversity of the workforce and the aspirations of workers belonging to the young group, as well as the creation of a dynamic work environment that can respond to various changes that may occur in the working environment of the company, and other challenges. In this paper, we will look at the most important challenges facing companies in managing human capital and present suggestions that could eliminate these challenges or mitigate their impact on companies.
