ECONOMICS AND MANAGEMENT OF NATIONAL ECONOMY
Energy companies are experiencing market transformations and uncertainties, in connection with which the management approaches have been updated in the context of sustainable development. New methodological provisions and approaches to the development and adoption of management decisions are proposed, taking into account the conditions for ensuring national energy interests to achieve the adjusted goals of sustainable development of energy enterprises, the essence and novelty of which lies in supplementing the ESG concept with the principles of taking into account national interests, expressed in environmental management, ensuring long-term sustainability development of companies based on the diversification of the resource base and product line, following the interests of the technological development of the state, balanced transformation of business processes, spatial innovative development, etc. tasks of Russia.
The theoretical significance and practical usefulness of these developments lies in their applicability in the management activities of energy companies to achieve the planned commercial results, taking into account the national interests of Russia, with the consistency of the supplemented provisions of the original ESG concept, which allows Russian companies to fulfill the ESG conditions for presence in foreign markets.
Globalization has had a significant impact on the economy, ecology and society during the previous decade. Meanwhile, the green economy has become the most important political basis for growth and development in developed and developing countries. The current study is an attempt to provide a detailed overview of globalization, the green economy and climate issues in order to draw some conclusions. There are disagreements between competing “green” economic discourses and a variety of definitions, and they all have problems. The recognition of the environmental consequences of the depletion of natural resources and the economic benefits of environmental management are common examples of the introduction of a “green” economy. This study also examines the impact of climate change on the “green” economy and infrastructure development. The study also examines the role of the economic structure in mitigating environmental problems, improving production efficiency, developing a green economy and environmentally friendly technologies. The presented article concludes that working towards a “green” economy helps to reduce poverty. It also sheds a brief light on improving poor people’s access to a healthy and safe environment while increasing human security by preventing or resolving conflicts over land, food, water and other natural resources.
REGIONAL ECONOMY
In modern conditions, one of the strategic priorities for the Russian Federation is to ensure national interests in the field of digitalization. The relevance of using the calculation of the values of the target indicators that are set for the implementation of the national development goal of the RF “Digital Transformation” is growing more and more. The purpose of the article is to study the assessment of the digital maturity of regions in the era of digitalization. The article considers the criteria on the basis of which the maturity of the regions is assessed. Digital transformation is not the achievement of abstract maturity, but the conquest of its level that corresponds to the subject itself. Therefore, the analysis of the problems of digitalization development, in particular, the tasks of assessing and identifying factors affecting digital maturity, is attributed to the actual tasks of modern research. The transition to digital technologies increases the competitiveness of the national economy, they not only help to solve communication, management, educational and other tasks, but also provide an opportunity to improve the quality of public services. The paper formulates the goals of socio-economic entities to achieve digital maturity. It is concluded that, the assessment of the digital maturity of the regions is necessary to obtain a complete picture of the level of development of the digital society.
WORLD ECONOMY
In China, many national high-tech industrial development zones (NHIDZ) are being set up to promote regional innovation. NHIDZ provides an important platform for regional innovation, and talent is an important factor in regional development. This article analyzes the impact of talent on the development of regional innovation based on data from 30 provincial administrative regions from 2005 to 2020 (excluding Tibet and Taiwan). By creating a threshold model for investment in innovative talent, the relationship between NHIDZ and regional innovation at different levels of investment is analyzed. It has been found that there is an obvious threshold effect of talent investment in the development of regional innovation in China's NHIDZ, which is negative at first, then positive with increasing talent investment. Only special level of talent investment creases regional innovation obviously. The reason is that when there is an unreasonable investment structure, the NHIDZ will be hard to play its due role effectively. Therefore, during the construction of NHIDZ, it is necessary to optimize investments in all innovative elements.
FINANCE AND CREDIT
Throughout the 21st century, Russia has been in a state of crisis with a certain periodicity, starting with the pandemic 2020 and up to the present, the country is also going through a crisis phase. This crisis affects all spheres of human activity, manifests itself not only in a decrease in the purchasing power of the population and the demonstration of savings behavior, but also in a profound transformation of the activities of most Russian companies. Simultaneously with anti-crisis measures, the business faces a difficult task to retain customers. In a crisis, it is important for management to determine which aspects of the company should pay increased attention to, which performance indicators should be monitored especially carefully. In solving these tasks, the KPI system can help, it is related to the strategy of the organization and allows you to comprehensively review the results of activities and determine which aspects should be adjusted in the production process or the provision of services. The foundation of the KPI system, which is closely related to a balanced scorecard, is a financial indicator, so it should be given special attention in a crisis situation. By constantly monitoring the values of the established financial KPI’s, companies can direct the management focus to problems that lead to a decrease in overall performance in time.
In this article, the actual aspects of the application of special economic knowledge in the field of accounting in the production of forensic economic expertise are considered, organizational and methodological ways of its implementation are determined. Forensic accounting expertise is appointed in cases where it is necessary to apply special economic knowledge to resolve issues arising during the investigation. The study of the main competencies of the forensic expert-economist allowed us to identify problematic aspects of the investigation of economic crimes that can affect the quality and duration of forensic economic expertise. In this context, the appointment of a forensic accounting examination assumes that the expert has the appropriate qualifications in the field of accounting, which will be applied by him when evaluating the documentation provided to achieve the purpose of the examination. The scientific basis of forensic accounting expertise is a system of knowledge about legal regulation and accounting methodology. A scientifically based approach to conducting an expert study of the documentary validity, completeness and reliability of the reflection of the facts of economic life in the accounting registers and financial statements of an economic entity will allow forming a reasoned and motivated conclusion to the questions posed to the expert during the judicial investigation.

In the process of managing human resources in any company, HR managers face many challenges that prevent them from achieving the maximum benefit from the capabilities of the workforce they manage, including the diversity of the workforce and the aspirations of workers belonging to the young group, as well as the creation of a dynamic work environment that can respond to various changes that may occur in the working environment of the company, and other challenges. In this paper, we will look at the most important challenges facing companies in managing human capital and present suggestions that could eliminate these challenges or mitigate their impact on companies.

For any company focused on the production and marketing of its goods or services to the global market, it is important that the opinion formed by the consumer about it affects sales only in a positive direction and increases the demand for their finished products sold. It should be noted that the improvement of the company's image is achieved by a special set of marketing tools. In the modern world, the video game industry is also a business that also needs to maintain its image, the success of which is built on certain criteria. In the above article, three game studios of different size and influence are considered and analyzed on the basis of certain criteria: American, Polish and Russian. The information for the analysis was taken from open sources informing about the work of people in the gaming industry in Europe and America, and based on the analysis carried out by the authors according to 8 criteria, a recommendation was drawn up for structuring and improving the efficiency of employees working in domestic gaming companies to further maintain and growth of the image of the Russian gaming industry to enter the world market as a competitive entity.

In the service sector, great attention is paid to the issue of customer satisfaction. Companies operating in a competitive market must take care of improving the quality of service and maintaining customer loyalty. Improving customer satisfaction is not only closely related to the quality management and marketing activities of the company, but also has a significant impact on the future of the company and its corporate sustainability.
Customer satisfaction affects variables that are indicators of customer loyalty and the formation of long-term customer relationships. At the same time, the brand support system is included in the management of behavioral factors of choice by the probability of recognition of loyalty. From the point of view of behavior adopted in accordance with established patterns, we consider a company engaged in trusting relationships with the consumer. Preservation of the customer base through the formation of effective loyalty programs is one of the factors for the growth of economic indicators and ensuring corporate sustainability. Retaining customers for a long time leads to an increase in the trust of potential groups and contributes to the growth of capitalization.
The purpose of this article is to analyze approaches to the definition of consumer loyalty. As a theoretical basis for the study, systematic and structural approaches were applied to the analysis of consumer loyalty in Russia and in the world as an element of the economic system associated with other elements of the enterprise's commercial activities.
